3/4 can self-rising flour
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 15-20 oz can sliced peaches
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions: Combine self-rising flour, vanilla pudding mix, margarine, egg and milk in a mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Por into a greased 9-inch baking dish.
Drain sliced peaches, reserving 3 tablespoons of the juice. Combine reserved peach juice and cream cheese. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Arrange peaches on top of batter. Spoon the cream cheese mixture to within 1 inch of the edge of the batter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top.
Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
