Qty Measure Ingredient

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 cup milk

1 stick butter

Instructions: Mix dry ingredients and add milk.

Melt the butter in a 9-inch square or round pan.

Pour the batter over the butter and add pineapple on top of batter.

DO NOT STIR!!!

Bake at 350*F for 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
