2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, undrained
ICING
1/2 stick butter or margarine
3 ounces cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions: Mix all the above together until well blended. Pour into a sheet pan (approx. 15x17-inches). Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until done.
ICING: Melt 1/2 stick butter and 3 oz. cream cheese over hot water. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Pour over HOT cake and sprinkle with nuts.
