16 bream fillets
4 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
Instructions: Put salt in water and bring to a rolling boil.
Add bream fillets and boil for 3 minutes.
Take fillets out of water and drain.
Cool in refrigerator until ready to eat.
Serve with cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.
