Qty Measure Ingredient

2 cups self-rising flour

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, nutmeg, & alspice

1 cup oil

3 eggs

1 cup coconut

1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped

2 small jars baby food, prune or apricot

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well mixed.

Pour into a greased bundt pan.

Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
