1 16oz can pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 13oz can evaporated skim milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Instructions: Mix all ingredients except cake mix, butter and nuts, as for pumpkin pie. Pour into 13x9x2-inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top; sprinkle nuts on top of cake mix; drizzle oleo on top of all. Bake 50 minutes at 350*.
