1 pound sausage, cooked, drained & crumbled

4 eggs, slightly beaten

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

2 cups milk

1 cup Bisquick® baking mix

Instructions: Spread sausage in 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.

Mix remaining ingredients, and pour over sausage.

Bake for about 30 minutes until slightly set, and light golden brown.

Cut into squares to serve.
