1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp

1 cup celery, chopped

1 cup onion, chopped

1 cup green pepper, chopped

salt and pepper, garlic & onion powders, to taste

4 tablespoons gumbo file'

1 can oysters

1 can crab meat

1 can clams

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup cooking oil

Instructions: Mix flour and oil in heavy skillet; cook to a golden brown. Add 1/2 gallon water and mix good. Add celery, onion, pepper and cook for about 30 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are tender; about 10 minutes. Before serving add file', oysters, crab meat and clams; bring to boil. Serve over rice.
