1 cake mix, any flavor

1 egg

1 12 oz can any kind of soft drink

Instructions: Mix all with electric mixer for about 2 minutes, until light and fluffy.

Pour into greased or sprayed 9x13x2-inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-28 minutes until lightly golden brown and firm to touch in the center.

It is good like this; but even better with cool whip.
