Sugar-Free Strawberry Freezer Jam

1 1/2 cups splenda

1 (1.59 oz) packa Ball Simple Creations Freezer jam fruit pectin

4 cups crushed strawberries

Instructions: Combine splenda and pectin in large bowl, stirring until well blended.

Add crushed fruit to dry mixture. Stir 3 minutes.

Ladle fruit mixture into 5 clean 8 ounce jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Cover with lids.

Let stand at room temperature until thickened, about 30 minutes.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, or store in the freezer for up to 1 year.
