3 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 stick oleo, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk
1 cup sugar
Cinnamon and allspice to taste
TOPPING:
3/4 stick oleo, melted
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into large casserole baking dish. Sprinkle topping over potato mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350*.
TOPPING: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
