Thirty-Minute Beef Chili

1 pound lean ground beef

4 1/2 teaspoons Texas Chili Seasoning Mix

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 medium-sized onion, chopped

salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained

1 15 oz can pinto beans, drained

Instructions: Heat the oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry the beef and onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with Texas Chili Seasoning Mix, salt pepper, and garlic powder. add the tomatoes, pinto beans. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 18 to 20 minutes.
