Three Layer Pumpkin Pie

Crust

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 cup flour

Instructions: Crust: blend butter with pecans and flour. Press evenly into bottom of a 3 x 9 inch baking pan or dish. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

First Layer: Combine soft cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. spread over cooled crust.

Second Layer: Mix Pumpkin with vanilla instant pudding mix and Eagle Brand Milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Cool 5 minutes.

Third Layer: Top with remaining Cool Whip, and spread evenly over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with finely chopped pecans.

Chill uncovered.
