Upside-Down Chocolate Pudding Cake

1 cup dry all-purpose baking mix

1/2 cup sugar

3 tablespoons cocoa

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup cocoa

1 2/3 cups hot water

Instructions: Spray inside of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix together baking mix, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, milk and vanilla.

Pour batter evenly into slow cooker.

In a bowl, mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa and hot water together.

Pour over batter in slow cooker. DO NOT STIR.

Cover and cook on HIGH 2-3 hours, or until tooth inserted in center of cake-y part comes out clean.
