Venison Swiss Steak

2 pounds venison steak

3 large onions, chopped

1 cup green pepper, choped

1 1/2 cups tomatoes

seasoned flour

salt and pepper, to taste

garlic powder& onion powder, to taste

1/2 to 1 can water

Instructions: Roll meat in seasoned flour, then pound meat.

Brown both sides on low heat in frying pan.

Place in Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients.

Cook covered in 350* oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Remove meat and thicken sauce to make a gravy, if desired, or use as is.
