1/3 cup Regina red wine vinegar

1/3 cup sugar or splenda

1/4 cup oil

1 teaspoon basil

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

pinch salt

Instructions: Dissolve sugar or splenda in vinegar.

Add oil, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and salt.

Stir well. Put in closed jar. Chill.
