1 can green beans, undrained

1 can carrots, undrained

1 can diced tomatoes, undrained

1 large can mushrooms, undrained

Put the above in crockpot; then add the following:

2 cups water

1/3 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup green cabbage, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1 to 3 tab Hidden Valley dry dip mix

Instructions: If using the crockpot; turn on the LOW setting and cook all day.

If using the stove; cook about 1 to 1 1/2 hours

1 cup soup is 1/2 to 1 point.

Please remember that tomatoes are high in sodium so people on WW need to limit how much per day.
