Baked Beans
Here's a recipe from Lana Perkins for baked beans:
1 lb very lean ground beef
5 (15 oz) cans pork and beans
1 lb brown sugar
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon mustard
2 cups ketchup (or more to give a nice red color)
salt and onion salt to taste (a shake or 2)
Brown ground beef and drain if necessary
Remove the pork bits from the cans of pork and beans
Combine all ingredients
Bake at 350 degrees F for a couple of hours
